That’s why we’re reaching out with a friendly reminder to our members: if you’ve got a past due balance, we’ll be sending you a text or giving you a quick call.
This is a courtesy heads-up before any service interruptions take place. Our goal is not to catch anyone off guard, but to make sure everyone has the opportunity to take action before disconnection becomes necessary.
