be collecting pole data to facilitate future fiber attachments, which will ultimately enhance the
services we provide to you.

During this period, you may notice EMPACT Engineering team members working around the poles
and other infrastructure in your vicinity. For your peace of mind and to verify their presence, please
feel free to contact NVEC directly who will be happy to confirm this information and provide any
