Trim Trees | Navasota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc

Notice: This service order pertains to trees within the Cooperative's Easement. Our easement is limited to ten feet in all directions of the Cooperative's lines, poles, guys, anchors, or other facilities. Our objective is to remove vegetation that could negatively affect your electric service. This service order is NOT a landscaping request. Members are responsible for locating and marking underground facilities prior to service. Members are responsible for removing debris when the service is complete.

Release of Damages

By agreeing to this Release of Damages, the undersigned does hereby release and discharge Navasota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc of and from all claims, causes of action and damages of any kind arising out of or resulting from its entry upon that certain land owned or held by me for the inspection, repair, construction, spraying the right of way and maintenance work conducted or performed by the Cooperative on its electric distribution line located on said land on the date in question.
