Easement Clearing | Navasota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc

Notice: This request pertains to trees within the Cooperative's Easement and with at least 100 yards of vegetation that needs to be cleared. Our easement is limited to ten feet in all directions of the Cooperative's lines, poles, guys, anchors, or other facilities. Navasota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. will remove up to fifty feet in all directions with landowner's permission. Our objective is to remove vegetation that could negatively affect your electric service. This request is NOT a landscaping request. Our contrator will pile or windrow debris only. Members are responsible for removing debris when the service is complete.

Release of Damages

By agreeing to this Release of Damages, the undersigned does hereby release and discharge Navasota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc of and from all claims, causes of action and damages of any kind arising out of or resulting from its entry upon that certain land owned or held by me for the inspection, repair, construction, spraying the right of way and maintenance work conducted or performed by the Cooperative on its electric distribution line located on said land on the date in question.
